BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- Two men charged with capital murder in the death of Randall Walker will not face separate trials after all.Brandon Lacy, 29, and Broderick Laswell, 19, are set for trial in the 2007 slaying of the Benton County man. His burned body was found in his home.Lacy’s attorney sought a separate trial, but Circuit Judge Tom Keith denied the request on Thursday.
Lacy and Laswell are also charged with aggravated robbery.
